In a bowl mix all of the following ingredients;
1 TBS Garlic, minced
1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 Cup Cider Vinegar
1/4 Cup Dijon Mustard
1 tsp of Dry Thyme
1 1/4 Cups Olive oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Marinate for about 1 hour at room temp.
